We had our son's b'day party here and everything was a breeze. There were some last minute changes to numbers and they were great at accommodating us. From the moment you arrive they assign you a host that guides you on what's happening and when. In our case this was Renee and she was fantastic, kept the kids on track and made the whole thing really fun. We were assigned a large room that was up stair that accommodated the 19 kids and 10+ adults. Kids loved it and the parents too. Venue is clean and tidy and it wasn't over crowded. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout, great place and atmosphere, plenty of parking on site.

We regularly visited Jump with our 3 kids 5 and under, we have waited for Bounce to open only to get there today and be told 5 and unders are only allowed on the small indoor playground which doesn’t have any trampolines. I left with my 5yr old in tears as he has waited since Jump closed to get back on the trampolines. So disappointing to have lost a great activity for our kids. We only have to wait a few months for our oldest to be able to go on the trampolines, but having two separate areas for under 5s will make it impossible for us to be able to supervise more than one child. We left and went to Flippin Fun in Westgate which was perfect, good old fashioned trampoline park providing exactly what it says it will TRAMPOLINES!!

Great for the kids, they had a blast but the areas for spectators to watch is disgusting. None of the tables were clean and there was rubbish left on seats, under tables and even on top of tables etc I could understand if they were short staffed but there was lots of employees standing around just chatting and not moving from there’s ‘stations’.

The actual facility is nice and in good condition. BUT, you must purchase the 'JUMP' socks and other grippy socks are not allowed. They will let u swap ur grippy socks for some free jump socks but you do not get the original socks back. So ended up paying more because I wasn't swapping Kathmandu grip socks for jump socks that get ruined after one spin in the machine. Secondly, u must have very specific shoes to access half of the park. Most of the kids who were there were NOT able to do the climbing frame or obstacle course. Crocs and any shoes that didn't have LACES were not allowed. No refund given to the 80% of parents whose kids wore crocs, velcro mountain shoes etc. I felt very sorry for the lovely reception lady as she has obviously received a lot of backlash from swindled parents. Not her fault. The website needs to be far more clear about the shoe situation. Busy parents, looking to get their kids out of the house quickly, may be disappointed as it makes sense to wear a shoe which is easily slipped on and off to a trampoline park...... the tiny print at the end of a long paragraph on ur large website doesn't really cut it.

My niece loves coming here, staff member Jay is absolutely awesome!! So kind and fun and really interacts with the kids that makes the experience so much more fun for them. Thank you Jay really appreciate it!! 🙂
